Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: We endeavour to deliver within 14 days however this is subject to any factors outside of our control and you will be notified if this is the case.

  • Shipping Fee: Australia Post or courier shipping rates.

  • Carrier: We use trusted carrier Australia Post or supplier couriers.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Areas

  • We ship Australia-wide, including rural and remote locations.

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather events, public holidays, courier delays, etc.).
